To love and be loved is the greatest joy on earth
Positive language is necessary for the confidence and empowerment of your family and friends.
Just as food helps the physical body, encouragement builds the spirit and courage of a person, no matter how old they are.
Words and expressions of love and acceptance are often tricky for some people to voice. It is easier to convey with a card, poster, or sign.
Many people do not know the words to say because they have never heard them in their relationships.
Can you imagine the joy your loved ones will experience when they see this poster? It will remind them daily of the importance of love, both as receivers and givers.
Picture the reassurance they will have as they recognize your love for them. Everyone wants to feel appreciated and valued for who they are and what they do.
In my work as a Parent Educator, I taught that self-esteem is built in two different areas of life:
- Success in relationships (feeling loved and loveable)
- Success in work and life ( feeling capable and competent)
When you have a foundation of being loved and loveable, you and those you love can go forward in creating success in their lives.
For more information on being a well-rounded, resilient person, read my book “Out of Balance? Be a Bounce-Back Person”
It is filled with techniques and tips on developing better communication skills and ideas for expressing love and acceptance.
